Queic began quietly at Michelin-recommended Olivia Restaurant & Lounge,
where one dessert kept drawing guests back: our cheesecake.
What started as a signature dish soon developed a following of its own, with
guests asking if they could bring it home. That demand led to the creation of
Queic, Singapore’s first cheesecake boutique.
From our small shop in Kreta Ayer to four stores islandwide, we continue to
bake every cake with the same philosophy: quality ingredients, craftsmanship
and honest flavors.
